Nirmoha Sironic
Somatic Breath is a powerful breathing practice that focuses on releasing trauma by gently unwinding the acute and chronic tensions held in the body. Over time, chronic patterns of tension dampen life force, suppress emotional expression, alter perception, compromise movement, and eventually lead to disease. The focus of this modality is on completing the interrupted fight-and-flight responses stored deep within our nervous system and cellular memory. In this workshop, we will explore self-help techniques by actively participating in our own healing process. Using conscious, connected breathing, movement, vocal expression, and self-applied touch, we support the body in releasing stored tension. Rather than focusing on the problem, we learn to follow the expressions of health. By learning to monitor our own levels of activation, we take charge of our healing. We deepen our experience by connecting with the felt sense, using it to self-regulate the nervous system and attune to the subtle ways the body lets go. The body can only release when it is ready. We never over-activate or force the process. This approach is safe and gentle, promoting a deep connection with ourselves in an open and loving way. We surrender the mind to the body’s innate intelligence. DATE & TIME August 20 | 14:00 - 16:00 PRICE 250.000 IDR ABOUT NIRMOHA With decades of experience in embodied approaches to healing trauma, Nirmoha offers profound and effective support for individuals and groups seeking release and transformation. Sound healing soothes and harmonizes our nervous system, allowing our bodies to deeply relax and enter into deeper brainwave states, finding balance and peace within. Sound Journeys offer a deeply relaxing and harmonic experience, recommended for addressing various physical ailments, as well as emotional or psychological issues. The sound is constant, assisting you to forget the density of the physical body. The spirit or soul is then free to travel. Sound, especially unstructured sound, bypasses the intellectual, analytical hemisphere of the brain, allowing the creative, intuitive hemisphere to have free rein. While there's no guarantee that everyone will enjoy all the sounds, any sound to which one objects will almost certainly indicate a blockage on the physical, etheric, emotional, or spiritual level.

You can know what traumas happened in your and others’ past but that doesn’t heal them. Trauma is held as thwarted fight, flight, fawn and freeze responses that live in the breath, muscles, and nervous system, that never got to complete themselves. Over time they show up as a body stuck "on", braced and overriding, or stuck "off", numb and collapsed. You may feel or observe it as shallow breath, tension or heaviness, restless sleep, a temperamental gut, and moods that swing out of control. This day-long immersion is an opportunity to understand how your own system works, and begin unwinding what it's been holding. Throughout the day we'll reconnect with the body's natural rhythms and breath, explore what trauma is and how the four survival states shape ordinary life. We’ll learn what wild animals already know about shaking off stress and strengthening interoceptive wisdom. You'll practice moving fear, anger, grief, shame, and anxiety through the body rather than circling them in thought; look at how the intergenerational traumas handed down your family line may still live in you now, and discover how trauma can become a doorway into embodied spirituality rather than something we quietly rise. A younger Jaya, teaching and practicing yoga for decades, wished someone had handed her these nervous system maps and somatic tools. While yoga reset a great deal, there was a residue of survival energy it couldn't quite integrate. This immersion offers the missing piece to the yogi, the meditator, the therapist, and the simply curious: the science of your own nervous system alongside practical ways to support nervous system regulation. Drawing on Somatic Experiencing, Polyvagal Theory, and the work of Dr. Gabor Maté, you'll leave with a felt shift toward safety, and real ways to discharge what your body has been carrying so more calm, aliveness, and freedom can move through you. No trauma background or prior somatic experience needed. Early Bird Price : IDR 950.000 Regular Price : IDR 1.200.000

Most yoga classes are a form of Hatha Yoga, and this class is a homage to its ancient lineages originating in India. Hatha translates to Ha (sun) and Tha (moon), symbolizing the union of polar energies within the body. Through this union, the practice supports the awakening and flow of primary energy along the central channel. Classes often blend fluid vinyasa with held postures arranged in an intelligent, purposeful sequence. Each session reflects the personal practice and wisdom of the teacher guiding the class. Expect a balanced experience that weaves strength, stillness, breath, and awareness into one cohesive flow.

Black Lotus Yoga is the latest blossom of the modern vinyasa tradition, created by Ty landrum. A potent practice of breath and movement that opens the inner channels of the body and invites the creative sap to flow. Rooted in Hatha principles, the practice works with the natural movements of the breath to quicken the vital forces of the body and to open the entire organism to the spontaneous overflowing of life. The point is not simply to exhilarate, but to make space for the creative power to blossom, to open its lotus petals and spread them upward into the light. There are seven sequences in the Black Lotus system, arranged in progressive order of difficulty. Each sequence has its own unique signature, but all follow the same arc—they raise the vital force through the center of the body, in one graceful movement that reaches from earth to sky. This movement is the backbone of traditional Hatha Yoga, and the Black Lotus method revives it, straightens it, and gives it new life.

Inside Flow is a vinyasa style of yoga that fuses Movement, Breathing, Passion, Dance and Music, that together drives the classes and frames the whole sequence. In the class movement and breath will be ONE. You won’t need to synchronize them because they come already together, inviting you only to enhance your breath to get to the next posture with grace and reverence. You will flow with modern and eclectic music while you put together the parts of a choreography based on yoga postures and transitions. The class will reach its peak when the sequence is ready to be practiced to the rhythm of a special “main song”. The movement during this moment will be a flow synchronized with the rhythm, lyrics and duration of the song that will bring you into a trance-like, almost meditative state. In Inside Flow, you are singing a song with your body. Each class has different sequences with slow, fast, upbeat, relaxing songs starting from Hip Hop to pop music. "A new way of existing in your body through movement." Whether this is your first experience with Eutonia or you're returning to the practice, I invite you to come with an open mind and a willingness to connect with yourself through the attention you bring to your body. From this intention of attentive presence, we'll explore a variety of themes that are central to Eutonia, such as the skin, the bones, your inner space, micro-movements, conscious touch, radiant space, and much more. Eutonia is a somatic practice that welcomes every layer of your experience. Its intention is to cultivate self-care, body awareness, healing, and a sense of autonomy, encouraging each person to discover how movement naturally arises from within. I would love for you to experience the practice that has touched my life so deeply. My hope is that it may also awaken something meaningful and profound within you. Anderson Mendes

If you live in your head and can’t connect to your body, if fast or intense practices leave you more dysregulated than settled, or if you're curious about deepening your understanding of your somatic experience, this class is for you. Nervous System Intelligence is a trauma-informed class focusing on building capacity to be with your body somatically. That means learning how to feel the subtle sensations of when you’re activated or numb, understanding how your nervous system communicates with you and helping your system regulate again. Most of us spend our days in our heads, analysing, meaning-making, and problem-solving our way to feeling better. But we’re not getting relief from our emotional patterns. You can't think your way out of an emotional trigger, because the reaction starts in your body. Your nervous system carries somatic memories from the past, and your thinking mind doesn’t have access to that.

This is our unique set sequence at the AYMC, as the name krama is the Sanskrit word for ‘sequence’. This practice is designed to give students a physically and mentally well balanced practice, addressing the needs of the modern practitioner. The sequence of postures is always the same, giving you the opportunity to learn through repetition and develop both the confidence as well as the physical skills to eventually explore a more dynamic postural practice if you so choose. This practice is great for those new to yoga or to more experienced yogis who want an all around embodied practice.

It’s wonderfully amusing and heartwarming. This practice is recommended for practitioners who already have a foundation in yoga or any kind of movement. Expects lots of sweat and fun. It is the evolution of Vinyasa Yoga!

There is less time spent in each posture, emphasizing skilled movements in order to help build strength, coordination and focus. Each class will explore more complex sequencing, challenging various aspects of your asana (posture) practice. These classes come with a greater expectation of body awareness and alignment and as such are more appropriate for experienced students.

Black Lotus Yoga is the latest blossom of the modern vinyasa tradition, a potent practice of breath and movement that opens the inner channels of the body and invites the creative sap to flow. Black Lotus is not about what yoga was, but about what yoga must now be—a mode of reconnecting to the body, feeling into the heart, and allowing the lost wisdom of the soul to blossom. This is a yoga of renewal, a yoga that reconnects us to the sublime power of life, a yoga of rebirth in a time of collapse, a yoga for a new world.

A creative juicy vinyasa practice that moves from detail into flow. This class is built layer by layer, breaking down shapes, transitions, muscular engagement, breath, and subtler connections within the body before weaving them together into one continuous, fluid sequence. Through repetition, the details begin to imprint themselves into the body, allowing movement-yumminess to emerge from within. Expect intelligent and unusual ways of building strength, with particular attention to the deep core, supporting muscles, and fascial network. A practice that moves from learning the flow to inhabiting it, where structure becomes sensation and each layer begins to gradually weave into the next.

You’re exhausted… but your mind won’t switch off. Or maybe you sleep — but never feel fully rested. Or maybe you’re holding it all together… while your body stays on edge. This class is designed for that exact state. By candlelight, you’ll be guided into Yoga Nidra — a deeply restorative practice that brings you into the hypnotic space between waking and sleep, where the body can release tension and the nervous system can finally settle. Optional acupuncture pins are gently offered to support this shift, helping regulate the nervous system and deepen your ability to rest. (Participation is always optional.) This is a fully supported, passive practice. No movement. No effort. Nothing to “get right.” Just lie down, get comfortable, and be guided into deep rest. Many people leave feeling calmer, quieter — and often notice less anxiety, less burnout, and more restful sleep that same night. If your system’s forgotten how to switch off… this is where you remember. Note : Additional acupuncture is available as an optional add-on for IDR 300,000

DATE & TIME August 27 | 14:00 - 16:00 PRICE 250.000 IDR ABOUT NIRMOHA With decades of experience in embodied approaches to healing trauma, Nirmoha offers profound and effective support for individuals and groups seeking release and transformation.

In this three-hour workshop we'll explore the evolution of the spiritual practitioner through the lens of the Great Goddess in her forms as Maha Kali, Maha Lakshmi, and Maha Saraswati. Rooted in the fifth century Devimahatmyam, we'll move through the mythic stories of the Goddess and their deeper esoteric meanings. Each segment blends storytelling, practice, and reflection. 🌿 These Goddess traditions explore an approach to spiritual practice and the world itself that fully immerses one into the complexities of life without losing a sense of one’s true center. They offer a means of intimacy with life, rather than an escape from it. We will explore the evolution of getting out of our own way, learning to receive life’s blessings, and ultimately understanding how we can give those blessings back through a life that is living poetry, in ways that allows us to find our unique creative expression in the world. This workshop is open to everyone, regardless of your familiarity with yoga or yoga philosophy. There is no yoga posture practice, but there are seated meditation practices and mantras. The workshop is perfect for anyone wanting to move away from the life negating transcendental traditions and immerse into the life affirming house holder traditions of the Goddess. 🧘♀️About Ashton🧘♀️ Ashton Szabo was first introduced to yoga in 1991 at the age of twelve. In 2005, he traveled to China to study esoteric Taoism and Buddhism—the same year he completed his first yoga teacher training. The following year, convinced he was destined for the life of a monk, he booked a one-way ticket back to Asia, where he completed his second yoga teacher training in Thailand. He then lived there for over six years, dividing his time between Thailand and India while immersed in practice and teaching. In 2010, he encountered Kashmir Shaivism through the work of Swami Lakshmanjoo, which led him to study these life-affirming, non-dual traditions more deeply. Influenced by these householder teachings—and profoundly by the birth of his daughter—Ashton’s path shifted toward re-engaging with life rather than withdrawing from it. He later returned to the United States, where he lived and taught for nine years while developing an integrative approach that blends modern postural yoga (rooted in Hatha traditions) with Non-Dual Shaiva systems such as Spanda, Pratyabhijna, Krama, and Trika, alongside elements of Sri Vidya. He immersed himself deeply in scripture and mythic traditions, while continuing his practice and teaching. He later co-created the Alchemy Yoga & Meditation Centers in Bali, Indonesia, bringing the highly developed traditions of Non-Dual Shaiva & Shakta Yoga into the familiar spaces of modern postural practice. This vision evolved into what is now known as Alchemy Yoga. Ashton now lives in Bali, where he teaches in-person classes, trainings, and online programs. The breath holds a powerful potential for our well-being 🌬️ Its depth is shaped not by intensity, but by intention. In this Threefold Breathwork Ritual, the exercises are guided by live hand pan music and supported by essential oils for a deeper, more sensory experience. We move through three distinct phases: creation, preservation, and release. Each guided by gentle breathing techniques and paired with carefully selected oils to compliment the experience of focus, relaxation, and emotional awareness 🌱🌸 Inspired by the natural rhythm of beginning, sustaining, and letting go, this practice invites you to slow down and tune into what is present within you. The integration of breath, scent, and awareness creates space to reconnect with your intention and inner direction. A grounded, supportive, and often deeply enriching experience for both body and mind. ✨About Dirk✨ Dirk is a teacher from the heart. Jaya Hollohan MA, SEP
Most of us are quietly exhausted from holding it all together. We've learned to keep going, to stay capable, to rise above the hard things and manage them beautifully from the neck up. These are the ways we've kept ourselves safe, and once upon a time, they were necessary. The trouble is that the strategies that once protected us, slowly cut us off from feeling ourselves and meeting life fully, and over time, tend to show up as depletion, chronic health struggles, and a gut sense that something's missing. Over two days, we'll slow down enough together to get to know how we often avoid overwhelm, overriding or disconnecting, and learn the resources to meet it. Day one is about awareness and authenticity: recognizing your own particular bypass patterns, learning the fundamentals of Somatic Experiencing so you can track sensation and build the capacity to feel rather than flee, and discovering how cultural masks and shadow live in the body as posture, tension, and holding. You'll practice finding your body's authentic "yes" and "no" instead of overriding your own boundaries to belong. Day two turns toward compassion, somatic freedom, and aliveness. We'll look more closely at spiritual bypassing, “love and light,” the numbness that can masquerade as peace, and reclaim the anger, grief, and full emotional range that lies underneath. You'll explore your window of tolerance, work with Jaya's L.I.F.T. Method, and invite the natural world help your system to settle. We’ll explore how adversity can become a doorway to real post-traumatic growth, supported by ancestral wisdom, and connection with our own very real humanity. You'll weave all the somatic tools that resonate into a personal resilience kit that you can take home with you to use daily. This workshop is for anyone who is ready to touch into the strategies that we use to avoid overwhelm, and learn how to integrate them, so that we can begin to embody our authentic, alive Self. You'll leave with the capacity to feel your body rather than override it, practical somatic tools for regulating your nervous system and emotions, including co-regulation with others, steadier relational boundaries, a felt sense of how growth can rise from life’s challenges, and your own personal kit for everyday life. No trauma background or theoretical knowledge of somatics necessary. Early Bird Price: IDR 900.000 Regular Price : IDR 1.200.000
