strength · sweat · stamina intermediate to advanced asana modifications offered for beginners

Join Jof for an hour of gentle movement interwoven with healing touch & energy realignment. Jof exclusively teaches Embodied Flow; a movement practice that combines hatha yoga, somatics, and non-dual Tantra to foster deep self-awareness and a sense of being in flow. Jof’s intuitive abilities are deeply honed so expect classes that are tailored to your current emotional state. Hands on adjustments and energy healing are optionally offered within her classes. Some classes even end with a spontaneous card reading or a deep conversation. Suitable for all levels.
